A comprehensive preventative maintenance service utilizing OEM or premium-grade components to guarantee long-term reliability before the engine is dropped into the chassis. This service includes:

• Timing Components: New high-grade timing chains, precision guides, and tensioners.
• Complete Seal Kit: Rocker cover gasket, sump gasket, timing cover gasket, oil cooler gasket, oil filter housing gasket, and front/rear crankshaft seals.
• Cooling & Ancillaries: New water pump, thermostat and housing, glow plugs, and exhaust manifold gaskets.

A complete refresh of the engine's external bolt-on systems to eliminate future component failures down the road. This package includes:

• Brand new starter motor and high-output alternator.
• New A/C compressor, drive belts, and a replacement harmonic balancer.

The ultimate choice for high-performance setups. A comprehensive, zero-hour blueprint and internal engine rebuild engineered for maximum performance, boost handling, and longevity.

• Standard Transmission Service: Full fluid flush, high-flow filter replacement, and pan gasket renewal.
• Complete Transmission Rebuild: A comprehensive internal overhaul of the transmission unit (such as the ZF6 or ZF8) to handle increased power and heavy towing demands.

Important Note on Core Units: We meticulously source the highest-quality, strictly tested second-hand engines and transmissions available on the market for our standard conversion packages.

To ensure absolute transparency regarding custom builds, our warranty coverage is structured as follows:

• Workmanship & New Parts Guarantee: We provide an uncompromising 12-month warranty on all workmanship executed in-house, alongside a 12-month manufacturer warranty on all brand-new parts supplied and installed by our workshop.
• Core Engine & Transmission Units: A comprehensive internal component warranty is exclusively extended to vehicles opting for our Fully Rebuilt Engine and/or Transmission Rebuild services.
• Ancillary & Bolt-On Components: Unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer, conversion packages utilize inspected second-hand external bolt-on components. These second-hand bolt-ons carry no component warranty, and the client accepts the mechanical risk associated with used external ancillaries.
