Engine and Transmission Preparation Services
We provide various levels of engine and transmission preparation, allowing you to select the depth of service required:
- Timing Chain and Re-seal: Complete timing chain replacement and engine reseal kit installation consists of OE or OE quality Timing chains, guides and tensioners, rocker cover gasket, sump gasket, timing cover gasket, oil cooler gasket, oil filter housing gasket, front and rear crank seals, thermostat and housing, exhaust gaskets, water pump and glow plugs.
- Accessory Package: Replacement of key components including the starter motor, alternator, A/C compressor, drive belt, and harmonic balancer.
- Fully Rebuilt Engine Option: A comprehensive, zero-mileage engine rebuild for optimal performance.
- Transmission Service: Standard fluid and filter replacement.
- Transmission Rebuild Option: A complete overhaul of the transmission unit.
Important Note on Component Warranty: We meticulously source the best available second-hand Engine and transmissions.
- Core Unit Warranty: A full component warranty is only extended when opting for the Fully Rebuilt Engine and/or Transmission Rebuild services.
- Bolt-On Components: Unless specified otherwise by the customer, second-hand bolt-on components will be used. Second-hand bolt-ons carry no component warranty, and the customer accepts this risk.
- New Parts & Labor Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty on all new parts supplied, as well as a 12-month warranty on all our workmanship.
