Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We offer a 7 day change of mind return period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a change of mind return:
Please note that for change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue you with a [Store Credit/Refund to Original Payment Method - Choose One or Offer Both]. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Returns Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe your item is faulty, incorrect, or significantly different from its description:
For items confirmed to have a major failure, you can choose between a refund, a replacement (if available), or a store credit. For minor failures, we will offer a repair, or if a repair is not possible, a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
